Almost Wordless Wednesday in the Gardens!

When all else fails to bloom in late summer, 
in the South there’s always the prolific blooms of Crepe Myrtles!

  17. JdQ, i had never seen crepe myrtles until living in Southern California; however, they bloom more in the Southeastern region of the U.S. in my humble opinion. Come and visit any time that you like; you are ALWAYS welcome friend!

    I had never seen or heard of them before moving to the South too, but alas, we no longer enjoy peonies or lilacs in the spring in exchange. I love them all!
