- 1 cup of ripe pineapple, cut up into small cubes
- 1 cup of mango, cut up in small cubes
- 1 piece of ginger (about 2 inches long)
- 1 cup almond milk
- Garnish: Slices of pineapple, chunks of mango, fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Using a super, high-speed blender, add all ingredients, except the garnish, and blend for 30 – 60 seconds.
