Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • juice from 1/4 lemon
  • handful fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 slices fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Place in a juicer or blender/food processor.
  2. Give it a whirl.
  3. Pour in glass.
