Asiago Cheese National Cheese Day

Today is a delicious day! For cheese lovers, that is! So since I have several recipes to share using Asiago cheese, I’m re-sharing them again together in one mini-Roz-roundup for you!

I shared this recipe 10 years ago, in 2014. To this day, it is one of my all-time favorite risotto recipes. It is literally a MUST-make recipe. I serve it with my mother’s Italian meatloaf. My husband devours it, plus begs for another serving. It is truly incredible!

If you love spinach and artichoke dip, then you’ll go nuts over my spinach, artichoke AND asiago dip. Served hot, you’ll pig out on this in no time!

Everyone just loves this recipe… thanks to Panera Bread’s famous bagels made with Asiago cheese. Move over big guys, this bread is as close as one can get to those sold at the ‘bucks!

If you can’t get enough cheese, (like me), then you need to make this amazing Pasta con Quattro Formaggio (Pasta with Four Cheeses) including Asiago. To die for!
