Ciao my lovely friends (la mia amici)!
It is such a thrill for me to announce to all of you, that now that I’ve retired from teaching marketing in a university, I’m sharing my passion for Italian cuisine in cooking classes!
I welcome you into my very own kitchen (cucina) through classes offered in LIVE Zoom sessions (Zoom is ‘free’ and easy).
Please contact me if you have a special request for a certain recipe or for an entire menu for a meal, a party, an event, and more. Whether you’d like to have a one-on-one class session or a group, it’s totally doable.
Please know that I have a Master’s degree in Education, have been twice awarded the “Excellence in Teaching Award” for the College of Business, and have completed 24 years in higher education. And now it’s time for me to teach YOU independently and in ways that have no limits for creativity and content!
Combined with this, it’s just perfect timing to combine my love of teaching with my love and passion of Italian cuisine in courses for YOU to enjoy and learn!
