Another year has suddenly gone by . . . time truly does fly by far too fast!

I don’t know about you, but I think this is just nuts!

In this past year, I could not spend as much time in the kitchen due to my new position as a Dean at the university where I teach.   I missed cooking more than I liked my new position

. . . follow your heart, it never leads one astray.

So in 2015, one resolution is to spend more time in my kitchen and gardens . . . to smell the roses (literally) and enjoy the fruits of our labor on the acreage.

When I was in the kitchen, some really delicious recipes churned out that readers loved, pinned, liked, shared, and prepared to make tummies happy.

And here are The Best and Most Popular Recipes in 2014 on La Bella Vita Cucina with the absolute most popular recipes at the end!!

Hi Betty, Thanks so much. . . my year was also a bit too much on the fattening side; hopefully that will change in 2015!
      Happy New Year,

Hi, I’m Roz!

Hi, I’m Roz!

Welcome to La Bella Vita Cucina where I share recipes inspired by my family's cucina. Beginning with my Nonna and mother teaching me by their sides and in my family’s restaurants in the U.S. and Italy, I've been cooking for over 50 years. Each recipe is tested by time and some serious family critiques. I’m here to help you become a master in the kitchen and to 'wow' those you serve with delightful recipes whether cherished heirlooms or exciting and new. I hope to inspire you with delicious and beautiful recipes . . . and always served with 'amore'! Buon Appetito!
